AILA HURRICANE

The Aila Hurricane is built around something rare: an oval glass hurricane that gives a familiar form a fresh, graceful shape. Paired with warm, matte Brass details, the simple design feels like a work of art on any surface. Crafted from glass, aluminum and iron, it has a reassuring heft, and the soft curve of the glass makes a candle inside look all the more inviting.

Measuring 12 x 7 x 15.5 inches, its oval shape works especially well on narrow mantels, slim consoles and window ledges where a round hurricane would crowd the space. Set it at the center of a holiday table with a ring of preserved greenery, or pair it with a stack of books and a small bowl on an entry console. In the evening, a candle inside casts a warm, layered glow. For a friend who appreciates design, it makes a memorable housewarming gift.
